What I learned from last week...

Well, I don't know about you but my first week of 2022 was a humdinger, full of challenges and full of joys! Without going into detail, I can simply say that my nightly commitment last week to offer a meditation for the 7 Days of Rest and Sacred Renewal program was the perfect antidote to deal with all that transpired. Without opening my Zoom room to find the smiling faces of those who opted to join the 7 Days journey in real time, I might have been at sea, but the steadying presence of those souls plus the Ahmmad's consistent guidance allowed me to rise above all that was happening in 3D. I feel blessed to have realized - again! - that the connection between loving hearts, no matter how far away, IS the sustaining essence of this life, and beyond. For all of this, I can't thank you enough. YOU helped me to persevere, which is, as most of you know, this month's focus. It's a perfect time to remember that we sometimes (or often?) need each other to press ahead and overcome our challenges. If you weren't able to join us last week, the 7 Days event is not only available HERE at no charge, but it will remain there for years to come. Please consider using the tools and practices on the site all year long. Because we have a lot of new members to our Wave Energy world, I want to both welcome and invite you to join us when you can for the weekly Monday night channeled meditations, as well as for a few other monthly offerings. My general rhythm is to send a Sunday newsletter followed by a Monday invitation with links for that evening's activity. One special highlight this week is our Infinite Wisdom guest, Dr. Jan Seward, who not only is a dear friend and fantastic psychologist, but she's a wise wizard at divinations and astrology. We're going to be talking about 2022 and what the stars have to say about what to expect. Stay tuned for an email about Jan before her appearance on Wednesday at 7:30pm EST. Lastly, I'd like to draw your attention to the Oil of the Month: Valor. I chose this from several options from Young Living because if we're facing a hill that feels too high to climb, it's often courage that can get the journey started. I love this oil and use it regularly on the soles of my feet to provide that spring in my step to do what must be done. I'm excited to see you tomorrow night for the Infinity Circle. I know the Ahmmad will have something wonderful in store for us as well! Till then, stay strong!

Much love and infinite blessings,

Hope
